[ILQSO] N9Q 4 county operation at CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM this year

I've talked this situation with Dave, and decided to drive the 
additional 100 miles or so to take over the corner of  
CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM for the ILQP.

Look for N9Q from that location during the event!  It should be fun!

There will be a pictorial QSL available after the event for a SASE.
