[ILQSO] planned operations

Greetings, ILQPites....

It is by no means too early to make plans for the 2004 running of ILQP
(October 17...mark your calendars....).

The following are planned by WIARC members so far:

County line portables:

	KN0E/KN0I:  Hancock, Schuyler, McDonough
	AB9DU:	Fulton, Schuyler, McDonough
	W9FGH/K8IR: Greene, Jersey, Macoupin
	NG9R et al: Champaign, Douglas, Edgar, Vermilion
	WB9EWM/N9DT et al: Adams, Brown, Pike
	
	In addition, NA9Q will probably do a county line portable, location
TBD
	In addition, N9GXW *may* return to Adams, Hancock, Schuyler, though
as a "stationary mobile"
	W0ICW is planning a "stationary mobile", probably either
Hancock/Henderson or Henderson/Warren
	KB0WIL et al will probably be on the county line of Calhoun/Pike as
a portable
	
	Club station W9OAB will probably be actived in Adams

	N9JF/N9MTX will be mobile again, though will start further north
than usual.  Route to be determined as we see what needs to be covered.
