[ILQSO] Entry class for QRP county line portable?

Was wondering what the entry class would be for a QRP county line
fixed-portable?  We're considering setup on the Clark-Crawford line.  Could
we earn the double QSO points for county line operation and have our score
considered under the QRP entry class?
