[ILQSO] mobiles in pileups

At the risk of stirring controversy, I'd like to toss out an idea that
surfaced on the PA QSO reflector.  I personally will *try* to remember to do
the following when I enter a new county and have a pileup:

Ask for mobiles and DX.

The reason?  These are the guys/gals that are going to have big problems
getting through to pick up my county.  I don't want to discourage them.
They are probably going to be multipliers for me, as I am for them.  In the
case of the mobiles, the longer they sit in a pileup, the less time they are
going to have to hand out their county to other participants.

So, if you fixed stations hear me say, "/m? dx? kn" please give me a minute
to work them and then I'll be happy to put you in the log as well!
