[ILQSO] NN9K/m ILQP route V.3 and otehr information

Jim,

Took a look at adding Henderson and really can't come up with away to do it
since I'm right at an 8-hour trip length. Did however find away to add Scott
without increasing mileage but I need to figure out how to spend more time
in Woodford since my route through it is very short. So the amended route
for NN9K/m is as follows:

Rock Island, Mercer, Warren, McDonough, Schuyler, Cass, Morgan, Scott, back
into Morgan,
Sangamon, Logan, Mclean, Woodford, Tazewell, Peoria, Knox, and Henry.
Still CW only!

K9WM-Green River Valley ARS club call and as of now no one has elected to
use it for the QSO Party.

KG9IE will operate fixed from Henry, mostly CW with the possibility of some
SSB.

N9BIL/m, might be able to activate Henderson but should be getting on the
reflector to post his route but if not I'll post it in a few days.
