Thanks for the update, Pete. No one had mentioned Scott on the reflector
yet, but I know that both NA9Q and NG9R will be going through it. Chances
are they will both emphasize SSB. W3DYA, Norm are you going to pick up
Scott on CW, or will you be going straight south from Pike into Calhoun at
the outset?
I am going to check out a corner involving Henderson this week. However, if
the FT900 returns, I am still planning a mobile route in southern IL for
this year. I'll report on the Henderson/McDonough/Warren corner, and the
Henderson/Hancock/McDonough corners after I've looked at them. My guess is
that the latter is better suited for setup as the road "T's" into this
intersection. Hancock, and McDonough should be well-represented by other
portables, however, so I would hope that the former would at least be a
possibility.
Please encourage N9BIL to get on here ASAP.
