14.270 to 14.290 is OK, but we'll want to go lower in many cases. Anything
down to SSTV alley (14.235) is probably OK. Avoid 14.300 (Maritime Mobile
Service Net). I think there is an AMSAT net on 14.280 in mid-afternoon as
well?
On 15 and 10, don't we want to go *.390*? If 10 is really good, don't
everybody bunch up on 28.400!
