[ILQSO] Phone freqs during IQP

Herb,

We used to list XX.290 as the SSB freqs, but as you have seen on 40 
the activity ends up elsewhere anyway. This is also true on 20 which 
is always crowded on Sunday afternooons.

Can any experienced ops out there recommend a good freq? How's 14.270 
to 14.290?
