[ILQSO] NY4N / P9 ILQP Portable Operations

If you would, sign myself and Becky, AF4QB, for a four county set-up at
HAMILTON, WHITE, GALLATIN AND SALINE. 

Will be making a re-con mission tomorrow as we are both on vacation. We are 
going to drive up and find the nearest and best location as close to the four 
corners as possible.

We may get there late on Sunday due to Church projects, but should get there 
right after the contest starts. Also, may be using mobile antennas, but 
should put out an OK signal. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
