[ILQSO] NY4N Portalbe operation question in !QP

   I see there are several stations operating from three and four counties 
lines. How close do you get really get to the point where all county lines 
touch?
   Since there are plenty of mobiles to go around, was considering a portable 
setup at the county lines of: HAMILTON, WHITE, GALLATIN AND SALINE. The is a 
main road that runs almost to the exact point where the counties meet. Would 
it be considered OK to find a side road, or pull off at that point on the 
map, not really being sure that you are at the exact point, or would it be 
necessary to find the exact marker and locate yourself there?
   I am not advocating cheating in any way, but I am sure that some county 
line areas are not able to be reached by vehicle. Can someone give me a
