[ILQSO] W3DYA planned COUNTY LIST for IQP 2002

I finally got my route finished, and below is a list of the 24 counties
in the sequence I plan to run them.  If I get through 15 of them, I will
be happy, or lucky!
I plan to operate CW only on 40, 20, 15, and 10.  I will have an 80M
resonator but don't expect to mount it.  However, if 10M is dead all day,
I may use 80M.  I plan to check 15 and 10 bands often; but will quit
except on request if I get no response after some counties.
The rules from the website doesn't specify a frequency, but I'll expect
it to be 50 KHZ up on CW; 7050, 14050, 21050, 28050 (and 3550).  I plan
to pick a frequency that is clear around 45 KHZ up and use it for calling
unless I can't find a clear spot.  If QRM doesn't force me to move, I'll
try to call around the same frequency in case anyone is looking for me.
