With some hesitation, I make the following suggestion:

"Those of you who are home stations with packet capability, please
consider spotting mobile stations that have changed counties.  This makes it
more >fun for everyone: everyone works more counties, even those who don't
use >packet hear the pileup, and  the mobiles have fewer "dead times" and
can keep moving."

Done properly, this should not benefit any particular mobile or club.  Spot
one, spot 'em all.
