The next meeting of the Heart of Illinois Repeater Club will be on Friday,
October 21, 2005, at 5 PM, at Peoria County ESDA Building. Directions:
travel West on I-74, take exit 82 (Kickapoo), turn right on Edwards Road and
then turn left on Civil Defense Road.  

This month we will have "Octoberfest", which is basically a small Swapfest
at our regular meeting place.  Food and refreshments will be served. So
round up those items that you have not used in quite a while and take
advantage of this free service. Amateur gear, associated accessories, and
other electronics in general can be included in this list. You do not need
to be a member of the Club to attend, everyone is welcome, so bring your Ham
friends and co-workers. See attached from Larry (WA9VRH) for complete
details. 

Free Kenwood Amateur Frequency Charts  will be available at this meeting.
Also 2006 catalogs from MJE, Ten Tec, and Kenwood. 

If you have program suggestions or additional services that you think the
Club should offer, please send them to any of the Club officers listed below
so that we can discuss them at a future Club and Directors meeting.
