[ICOM] IC7000 No Transmit on HF Bands

Bruce, thanks for the information and your other email. I do see where
Icom updated the board, in 2010, which included an additional resister
and a new adjustment to lower the idle current for the board.
With the additional of the heatsinks and who knows what else, looks like
that might be what im dealing with then...
