[ICOM] IC7000 No Transmit on HF Bands

We had issues with the first 7000's from Japan and found the PA driver was
going bad/burning up during my time at Icom service
but all I remember was replacing the driver and adding extra heatsinking
since it seemed to dissipate enough but couldn't get
the heat out fast enough. I don't remember if there were any other mods to
cure that problem, many years have gone by and my
memory isn't as good as it was.

Bob, thank you for contacting me back. I checked the fuse and it was still
good. The contacts were a bit tarnished, so I cleaned them up and tried
again with no success.

I went ahead and ensured the power cable fuses were good and clean as well.
