[ICOM] Icom 756 series and ESD problems

It is actually some tiny little FETs in the tuner that blow but the
end result is basically zero power out and the RX still works fine.
Unfortunately it is beyond my ability to repair. I've talked to the Icom
reps at conventions and they do not view this as a problem but maybe
that is the official company line on this issue? I know others that have
had this problem.
