[ICOM] 756Pro3 tuning knob turns roughly

I found that John and did the procedure. Nothing changed, no matter how I turned the screw while turning the tuning knob.

Thanks everyone! I think it's time to have it looked at. Been considering leaving the hobby anyway and selling everything, this is probably a good sign that's the way to go.

■ Tuning dial brake adjustment The tension of the tuning dial may be adjusted to suit your preference. The brake adjustment screw is located on the right side of the tuning dial. See the figure at right. Turn the brake adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise to obtain a comfortable tension level while turning the dial continuously and evenly in one direction.
