John,

All the buttons on the front panel of the radio work as they are supposed 
to.  You might take the front
panel off and check them.  All the buttons are supposed to function as 
indicated on the front panel.

Lock/Set
Anm/Moni
Dup/Low
T-Scan/Tone
Prio/M/Call
Scan/V/Mhz

Do you have the manual?
