Been following your problem with interest.  I haven't seen anyone mention your power supply cable FUSES.  I know you have switched power supplies, but I wonder if you have switched power supply cables too?  A few guys have had problems with corrosion in the power supply cable FUSES causing intermittent problems like you have experienced.  Check the fuses in the power supply cable.  If this has already been mentioned, I apologize.  And Happy 4th of July to a great DXer.
