[ICOM] Question on Icom RS-BA1

I am concidering the purchase of the RS-BA1 remote control software.
Was planning to use my NetBook for remote operation.
The screen resolution on the netbook is 1024x600, not 1024x768.
I have noticed that some programs do not display properly on the screen, and
I can not scroll down, just chops off the lower portion of the page.
Is there an adjustment in the RS-BA1 software to adjust for this, or should
I also factor in the purchase of a new laptop.
