[ICOM] IC-V85 error message UNPG

Thanks for the suggestion Mike. I don't have the programming software,  
or know anyone else with a V-85 locally, but it's certainly worth  
asking around at the next club meeting. Otherwise, looks like it's  
back to Icom.
