[ICOM] GaAsfet for AG-35 pre-amp

Bought a AG-35 432mc pre-amp and sure enough -- looks like GaAsfet is blown, no increase in noise or anything when the pre-amp is switched on. Tested it before installation to ensure the relay was operating ok to switch the pre-amp in and out of the circuit and relay appeared to be functioning normally, but pre-amp itself has no effect when powered up. Anyone know where to get the 3SK121 GaAsfet, or know of a suitable/available substitute?
