[ICOM] IC-756 Pro II Power Output Change

BTW I'm using a Heil iCM microphone on the Pro II. I have a second iCM 
microphone that provides the same low output reading as the first one.

Using the two iCM's on my Pro III I get the normal 100 watts PEP on SSB and 
100 watts on CW on 160-6 meters.
