I know there was a fellow on this reflector that used to work at ICOM and
might have knowledge of the tool. I just might give ICOM a call and see what
comes up. The ICOM Headquarters is only 6 miles from my house. Usually, if
special tools are required, they are specified in the service manual, but
not in this case.
