[ICOM] IC765 no RX no TX

Hi to everybody, and happy new year.
I had an IC765 that had the problem mentioned in the Icom support. I 
follow the instruction but no results.
I found a resistor broken on the pll unit, on the power supply line, i 
had substitute it and verifyed the voltage, +12 ok, +5 misured 4.8V.
I follow also the istruction on service manual and I notice that on R6 
and R201 not the correct tension.
The radio had a serial number superior of 3900 and the trim are ceramic.
Anyone had an idea what I had to do?
