RE Icom Cover Screws

The package that I offer in quantities of 25....they are
new, phillips head Machine Screws...steel, but easily
blackened with a Sharpie pen (Before Installation)

Thus: Package of 25 each = $5.00 shipped (CONUS)

I tried to send some out via a standard #10 envelope
and the Post office trashed the envelope via some sort
of automatic sorting machine...thus the need for the
bubble pack envelopes (4"x7") plus postage...to lower
48 CONUS...Bubble packs at Walmart are $0.50 each)

I offer this as a conveniece...No big bucks made here

The Harbor Freight Impact tool REALLY WORKS...On the
front you twist (SET) the direction (Tighten or Loosen)
the screw...then pick the correct Phillips bit and wack
the end of the tool with a small hammer....this seats
and rotates slightly to break-loose the frozen screw

If anyone ever owned a Motorcycle you understand
the need for the Impact Driver

The original cover screws are soft Brass....and you get one
shot at removing then....after that you have to drill them
out....drill bit size of the head on the screw

The screw on the internal Power Supplies are worse...
they are steel but impossible to remove without the
impact driver....been there-done that

Please contact me "Off-Line" if you need some of these
scews...tnx
