[ICOM] IC-745 Meter Lamp Replacement

The ICOM bulbs may still be available - but expensive.  However, they do last a
bit.

If you switch to Rat-Shack bulbs - they are easy to get - however, they do not
last.

I recommend you switch it to a high-intensity LED.  Do it once, and be done with
it.
