[ICOM] AFSK RTTY with PROIII

       Rig Blaster will send FSK with MMTTY as a stand alone program but 
not when used within N1MM. Probably one of a gadzillion possible 
settings is wrong but there is no explanation of the various options of 
settings in multiple places!
