[ICOM] AFSK RTTY with PROIII

Well what I would do, is pull and the jumpers, and start again. If you have
a scope or ohm meter, work back from acc1 pin one and make sure your getting
the FSK... Try looking at the Circuit board and see if there are any cold
solder joints.
If all else works but the FSK, that is the route I would take..
Frustrating Eh!
On a positive point I got my CI-V working with the amp (PW-1) had to do a
real hard reset..
