[ICOM] tuning knob skirt

Is a "skirt" the right name? Might be the parts folks don't understand
what you are asking for. I forget what I used to call them, maybe rubber
knob cover.
Icom used to have them for some of the older radios. Maybe the factory
is not able to buy them as a part only with the entire tuning knob anymore.
