[ICOM] tuning knob skirt

The rubber skirt fellow off of my Pro3 Knob. I used double sided tape. But I
called Icom and asked them about it. They did not have the rubber skirt for the
Pro3 knob. I bought a brand new knob. I am not going to use it, instead keep
it for when I sell the rig.

Since the Icom guy did check on a skirt only part, maybe the earlier models had
that as a individual part?
It would be worth a phone call.

Subject: [ICOM] tuning knob skirt

The rubber skirt for the tuning knob on my '761 seems, over the years, to
have stretched. It now sits loosely on the knob and this has become an
annoyance to me.

Does anyone know where I might be able to beg, borrow or steal (or buy, if
I have to) a skirt that will fit more tightly on my tuning knob?

Currently I have a tie wrap holding it in place and I have tried
double-faced tape that only gums things up and doesn't work well at all.
The tie wrap is both unsightly and uncomfortable when I tune.

Any help would be appreciated.
