[ICOM] IC761 problem

Thanks Robert... yes the display is working perfectly and also the "S" meter
so that -5v suppply must be intact, so will go to the PLL and hope that 
is where the problem is.
If it is then obviously the display does not source itself from the PLL 
oscillators, thats the thing I wasnt sure about.
Yes Clete into our last month of winter here now, but I think we get off 
much lighter than you
do in PA as we only see snow about maybe once to possibly twice in a 
winter and then not much more than a
couple of inches on the ground. Being only about 100 feet above sea 
level probably helps there too, lol.
