[ICOM] HT battery

Thanks to all that gave me info on the Radio Shack HT battery 
replacement.  The internal battery is a CR 2032 with solder tabs, but 
can be changed to one without tabs.Thanks to Jack who gave me an article 
on how to make the change and replace the battery.

I also found out that supposedly ICOM had nothing to do with the design 
of the HT, but the battery pack is the same as an ICOM as is the desk 
top BC30 desk charger..
