[ICOM] IC-2710 a little deaf on 2m only

You don't by chance have the attenuator enabled? Icom started attaching
the attenuator to the squelch control once it was advanced beyond the
12:00 position.
Seems to me there was another attenuator setting in the IC-2710 but I
would have to download a manual to be sure.
