Aside from the thermally controlled fan already built in?

The regulator portion of the front panels gets hot in this design.  Always
has, always will, well noted, never noted to be a problem.  A bigger problem
is the screen turning a dark grey, almost black and being difficult to read.
I don't know at what point this happens, but my truck gets up to 184º in the
sun, so somewhere below that.  No problems with the radio at this temp,
however.
