Some poor tech in Bellevue apparently got flustered and blurted out 
the wrong answer.  Live with it!  This is obviously not ICOM policy 
and I am offended by those who continually try to find reasons to 
paint ICOM in a bad light.  They are not perfect--never have been and 
never will be--but they are not as evil and conspiratorial as some 
would like us to believe.
