[ICOM] ergonomics and rig placement

10M was pretty decent last night... and I did work py0ff this AM.

You need to lower that radio. I tried a similar setup and I found it 
very fatiguing to use. I presently have my radio about 4 in. above the 
desk and that works quite well.

I also ran into another ergonomic issue. If you are using a large LCD 
monitor on the computer, be careful not to mount it too high. The angle 
required to look at the top of a large monitor can cause sever neck 
strain... as I found out the hard way!
