As mentioned in last post...tilt up the rig.  Make 1-1/2" high by width of rig, bevelled at top, spacer, from a 2x4.
Paint flat black. (change dimensions to suit your needs)  Place just behind rigs front feet.  Purchase a Gel-Filled wrist 
pad from a computer store and you will be set

Thanks for the tips on touch-up paint.  I used the "primer concept" to fix up my Motorola Test gear...just waxed it
and buffet it to blend after doing the nicks with a very small artists paint brush
