[ICOM] CT 17 interface

Like Dick said, it should work just fine.   BUT if you are using some 
adapter that you have to also use a gender changer (male to female or female 
to male) the 25 to 9 you are using is probably NOT for a comm cable and 
probably is not wired correctly for what you need.
