Didn't have to do a reset as I thought I might Adam. The problem was just 
maladjustment. Biggest help was selecting the wide filter. Running just a 
bit of compression with this dynamic mic helps. As opposed to literally 
overdriving it. All is better now. Thanks again to you and Tom for the help.
