[ICOM] IC-7000 Question

Reasonable people do not launch into angry invectives off the bat.

I would be leery about taking this radio back without being able to examine it first. Since the issue 
appears to be one of operator error rather than any fault with the radio, who knows what condition it's 
in now?

I would offer to help him resolve his issues (the technical -- not personal -- issues) by listening to his 
method of operation and trying to find the error of his ways.

I'd be far more comfortable offering a refund had the purchaser attempted to initiate the complaint in a 
more reasonable, respectful manner.
