[ICOM] IC2KL Two questions

Thanks for the information guys. It seems that most people are using the
ALC link but also that they are using Icom exciters with the 2KL. I have
a Ten Tec Orion which has NO ALC connection so I guess this radio is
essentially unusable with the IC2KL.
With the almost near unavailability of the amplifier transistors I guess
a 2KL's value is approaching that of the early TenTec Hercules amp.
Perhaps an SPE might be a better bet!
