If you are looking for a USB to CI-V interface with a
sound card interface thrown in for good measure, take
a look at my IsoCat interface. It is a fully isolated
interface between the USB port and any of the current
Icom transceivers with a CI-V port. It works with HRD,
N3FJP, and most other rig control, logging, and
digital mode programs under Windows and Linux.

It also enables isolated connection to your sound card
for digital modes (PSK, CW, RTTY). Direct input/output
to the modulator and detector through the ACC
connector instead of through the microphone jack.

Complete schematics for hard-core diy build from
scratch hams are available at www.n5bia.com. I also
offer kits with all parts and cables, as well as bare
boards if your parts box is well-stocked. Assembly
time has been reported as 6 to 10 hours.

Bill
