All better now Don, whoever installed the CW filter didn't clip off the
excess leads and they were shorting out to the chassis.  Everything seems to

Gary, check the internal jumpers for the filters.Someone may have removed
the CW filter and not changed the filter jumpers. Good luck, I have 2 Icom
735's and love them.
