[ICOM] IC775DSP and Rigblaster PRO - failure to transmit

On further review, the RigBlasterPro is trying to cause Transmit via 
serial (CI-V) command. All the other commands to change frequency, mode, 
filter, etc. work fine. Can it be that there is no CI-V command for the 
775 to transmit (or mimic PTT)?
