[ICOM] Icom 551D no RX

The IC-551D is a great rig. I had one until someone took a better liking to it and took it. When you get yours open the top plate and check to see if my call sign is scratched in the solder on the top of the PC board. If it is let me know and enjoy the rig. I don't need it anymore.
