[ICOM] Icom 551D no RX

Good luck on the 551D Dave; I have had 3 551's over time. 2 D's and one 
non-D. I had the first 551D for 12 years and never failed me. It was a solid 
performer. I have one now with PLL problems that I need to look at. Its not 
as nice as the first D model I had. I use a 746 now for 6. Without having 
the jumper plug installed on the 551's it disables the receive antenna. It 
was a place to put a preamp inline. I had one on mine for a few a years. You 
may have to look inside the radio if its not the jumper. The pins could have 
spread on the preamp jacks on the inside. RCA jacks do that. The Relay 
circuit could be a problem I suppose. It will take some verifications with
