Hello list:
Have purchased a broken Icom 551D, seller said it just quit receiving. Unknown if it will transmit. Do not have the radio yet so I can't disassemble or examine it, can't really do anything but speculate on what the problem is. Anyone care to venture a guess or offer guidance on how to troubleshoot it? Any common problems with the 551D?
