Well if the reset does not work and you followed the instruction manual
exactly for installing and enabling the filter, then I would figure the
rig is in trouble.
Not much else to do.
I figure the eeprom is where the filter settings are stored and that
device might be bad or that section. The theory of operation in the
service manual would likely tell a bit more where the filter settings
are stored.
