[ICOM] Radio Shack USB - CIV control adapter

Jack - I take that back - partly. I found a schematic of the cable you 
referenced. It does have an op-amp in the housing.
Have you tried this cable on an Icom?
Indeed however, it isn't USB. It's RS-232 to ????
